Horizon Platforms achieved a BCI (Best Companies Index) score of over 696.5 representing ‘Outstanding levels of Workplace Engagement’. With 81% of employees providing positive feedback in areas such as leadership, personal growth opportunities, and wellbeing.
- 89% of respondents agreed the organisation is run on strong values and principles which the leadership team constantly promote and adhere to.
- Nearly two thirds of the workforce agreed they have a happy work-life balance despite the challenges of living through the backend of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- 93% were proud of Horizon Platforms ongoing support of charities: last year Horizon supported Dementia UK, with Andy’s Man Club being the chosen charity for 2023.
Having achieved 2-stars for the first time, Horizon Platforms is now ranked 94 in the UK Best Mid-Sized Companies category, 50 in Yorkshire and Humber and 13 for Business Services sector.

Since forming in 2008, Horizon Platforms has always been committed to creating a great working environment.
